Good morning!

Well, I am back 'on plan' (Slimming World speak for back on my diet) after re-joining my local group last night. I hadn't been for 2 months and managed to put on 12.5lbs after being an absolute piggy all through the Festive period...

It's time to knuckle down and get my willpower back!

I shall keep you posted on my weight loss over the coming weeks and months. (If any of you are tackling a similar problem, you have my empathy and support.) Last year didn't quite go to plan for me, diet-wise, but I have re-set a target weight and have 46.5 lbs to lose - hopefully by next Christmas... Watch this space.

In the meantime I'd better get started on today's orders!
