Good morning!
It's funny how, no matter how many lovely messages and positive comments you receive, about your work, about what you do, and what you try to accomplish and achieve for yourself and others - just one negative remark can make you doubt yourself and feel bad - and very upset :(
For example - I have an Ebay feeback rating of over 13,800 - that's a lot of people who have been very happy with the gifts and service they have received from me over the years. Many of them come back time and again.
I am very proud of my little gifts. They are made with love and with thoughtful attention as to how the person receiving the gift will feel - as well as how the gift-giver will feel, seeing the reaction as their friend or loved one opens their gift. I am often sent beautiful messages from both the gift-giver and from the recipient about how the gift made them feel... which means the world to me.
However, on the rare occasion when I receive a negative comment, it feels as though I have been physically punched in the stomach! It really upsets me - because I want to make people happy and take pride in giving a good service and customer satisfaction.
Well, yesterday, I received a complaint about my blog and it really upset me and made me doubt myself and my motives, because the last thing I want to do is upset, annoy or offend anyone.
I write this blog and do the cards each day - partly because I enjoy writing (when I get the time) and it's daily journal about what's going on in my life - and partly because I love Tarot and Oracle cards.
Doing a Daily Tarotscope is fun and (I hope) helpful, for those who enjoy reading their horoscopes, need a little insight or guidance, or have an interest in taking a closer look at some of the different card decks which are available...
I do the Tarotscope as service, I dont receive money for doing it, it's not a computer generated thing. I sit here with my cards each morning, shuffling and drawing a card for each of the stars signs. It takes quite a bit of time, but I enjoy it.
There has been a complaint because I talk about the things I make and have pictures and links to my ebay shop and the items I sell.
Well, I am sorry if that offends anyone, but we all have a living to make, and bills to pay... So I don't think it is unreasonable of me to 'showcase' my own products on my own blog and web page?
You don't have to click on the pictures and links - you can just scroll down and read your message for the day and move on - and I'm sure that's what most people do.
I suppose the best thing to say is "If you don't like my blog - please don't read it."
Sorry - but I just had to get that off my chest, because this one person's complaint really upset me :(

These cards are beautiful and the messages are simple, innocent and child-like. They can be used to help teach your child how to use and work with guidance cards, but also it is nice to address our own 'inner child' at times... so that's what we're doing this week!
