I met my friend Kim on the beach with her dog, Sam (Maisie's best doggy friend) and we were chatting for ages, as usual, so I didn't get back until a lot later than intended...

Then I was chatting to Dad over the garden fence for a while...

What with the lovely blue skies and glorious sunshine, I was rather reluctant to come inside and start working - but work I must, as there are bills to pay...

*Sigh*

Oh well, maybe we'll get lucky and the sunny weather will still be here for the weekend.
