Good morning!
Well, this week I managed to 'get away with it'!
After a slightly naughty weekend (which included such things as pizza, chocolate, wine and my new favourite icecream - peanut butter flavour) I managed to 'maintain' my weight - meaning I didn't put anything on!
Phew!
Last week I lost 2.5 lbs - repairing the damage from the week before - so I have now lost 32lbs in total, so far...
I have just over 2 weeks until my birthday (it's on Friday the 13th this year!) and I would like to lose at least another 3 pounds by then, to get my 2.5 stone award, as I am sure I shall put on a few pounds over my birthday weekend, if Richard has anything to do with it...
(He is organising a birthday barbecue and I don't think any of the food will be Slimming-World-friendly!)
So we're back on plan this week! I've walked Maisie, then had a nice healthy syn-free breakfast, now it's time to do the cards and messages before tackling today's orders :)
