YUK! Another horrible day! I know we need the rain, but do we need the gale force winds and drop in temperature too? eh?! Moan... Whinge...
On a brighter note - I went to my Slimming World weigh-in last night and I've lost the pound I put on over Easter. I need to lose another 2.5lbs to reach a total loss of 2 stone, so I am going to really focus and stick to plan this week. I really want to get my 2 stone certificate next Tuesday. Then I'll be more-or-less halfway to my goal :)
(Richard lost 7.5lbs! He now has just 3lbs to go, to get his 2 stone award too, which is amazing in just 7 weeks!)
Brrr! I'm off to put the heating on!
