Good morning!
I'm all behind today! I didn't oversleep - I've been working, but one thing lead to another, and another, as it often does - and then I realised I haven't done the cards yet!
So apologies for the delay :)
I had a disaster at my Slimming World weigh-in last night - I put on 3lbs :(
However, it was to be expected - after my non-stop craving for cheese last weekend and a delicious meal out with Richard's Mum on Sunday!
This weekend is not going to be any easier... with Katie and Jeff coming over, but I'm not giving up! I will get back on track - but realistically I won't be fully back 'on plan' until September - too many social occasions still to come, in August :)
