Good morning!

Well, I faced the music, went to weigh-in and 'got away' with only putting on 2lbs during my 2 weeks of indulging in chocolate and other naughty food.... Not as bad as I was expecting! (Richard only put on 1.5lbs too!)

So, following another inspiring session with our lovely Slimming World Consultant, Michelle, and the wonderful, supportive members of our Pevensey Bay group, we're all back on track, back on 'plan' and looking forward to some good weight losses next week :)
