Good morning!
I'm a very happy bunny today! I did it! At last, I got my 2 stone award at my Slimming World weigh-in!
It's been slow and steady-ish but I have now lost 28.5lbs since September and I am very pleased with myself :)
Richard has lost 27lbs in just 9 weeks! Which is absolutely amazing!
However.... We have a bank holiday weekend coming up and a planned family get-together. Depending on the weather it will either be a barbecue in the garden - or sandwiches and cakes at my Mum and Dad's... Either way, it will not be easy to stick to the 'food optimising' - especially where there is alcohol involved :/
If any of you are try to lose weight too, you have my sympathies, because it isn't easy - but I can highly recommend Slimming World. It really does work - if you stick to it - and as you can eat such a lot and there are so many delicious Slimming World recipes, with no calorie counting, I think it's the easiest 'diet' to stick to :)
