Daily Divination Cards - Monday 14th May 2012

Good morning!

I hope you enjoyed your weekend?

On Saturday afternoon, at about 2:30pm, I was standing looking at a white sheet, some navy fabric, a purple dress and some sparkly lilac fabric and thinking "Yikes!"

Less than 5 hours later Richard and I were dressed in the costumes I had made for us, ready to set off for the Spartacus-themed party, which was being held to celebrate our friend Jill's birthday.

Not bad going... even if I say so myself! 

We went as a Roman Emperor and a 'priestess' - here's how we looked: 

Everyone at the party looked amazing and we all had a great time! Dressing up is fun :)

Yesterday wasn't quite so much fun - mostly spent putting a dog-loo in the garden (thanks Richard!), clearing up, doing housework, cooking and walking the dog, but the weather was good. Lovely to have some sunshine at last!

It's another nice day, but it's manic Monday and I have loads of work to do, so I won't even have time to look at of the window, let aone go out and enjoy it...

Thankfully I had 3 deliveries of satin bags over the weekend (yes they all came at once, as predicted, even though each order was made a week apart!) so I should be able to get caught up with my gift orders now.

Phew!

It's a new week, so we have a change of cards as usual - let's see what wisdom our animals guides wish to share with us today...

I have tried finding a link to The 'Just for Today' cards and can't find any, other than some listed on amazon for an incredibly expensive price! (I don't understand how they can be so expensive, as my set was very reasonable, although I have had them for quite a few years...)
