Good morning!

First of all I would like to wish my wonderful Mum and Dad a very Happy Anniversary - married for 53 years today! Mum - you deserve and medal ;)

(I have the best parents in the world - I'm so glad I chose them...)

I went to my Slimming World group last night and lost another pound - that's a total of 22.5 lbs lost so far - very happy with my slow and steady loss and still on track to reach my target before christmas :)
