Yet another gorgeous, sunny day! It's glorious!
I'm still on a high from yesterday - after a couple of weeks of 'maintaining' (Slimming World's jargon for not losing anything) I lost 2lbs this week! That means I have lost 24.5 lbs so far and people are starting to notice, which is spurring me on. Richard joined me at Slimming World 4 weeks ago and last night he got the 'Slimmer of the Month' award - having lost 17lbs in 4 weeks! (Which is amazing and spurring him on too!)
I'm behind again this morning... Richard gave me a shiny new iphone yesterday, so I have been having fun setting it up, downloading apps and ringtones, but now I really must get on with my work! (I am so easily distracted...)
