Good morning!
I hope you had a good weekend?
On Saturday Richard took me to see my daughter Lucy and grandaughter, Gabriella, in Lewes for the afternoon.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't very nice, so we couldn't go out for a walk anywhere, but it was lovely to spend a few precious hours with them. Gabriella is growing so quickly - she's such a little cutie too :)

It was Mother's Day here in the UK yesterday and although I only saw Tom (because he lives here!) I had some really lovely cards, flowers and chocolates from my kids and then I got to spend some time with my Mum!
We went out for lunch to a lovely garden centre, where the food was delicious and the toffee gateau we had for dessert was too yummy for words (and way too 'synful' for my diet - but what the heck!)
After a long, leisurely lunch, we enjoyed having a good look around the garden centre and then we went to visit the Old Loom Mill, a bit further down the road, and browsed around the interesting little craft stalls there - there was so much to look at! I bought Mum a little gift and then she bought me some beautiful earrings. (Naughty Mummy!) We had a really good 'natter' and it was so nice to have a few hours together, just the two of us for a change :)
While I was enjoying a lovely relaxing weekend, my daughter, Katie, who lives in France, was having a very hectic one! She and her team - the Nantes Derby Girls - had a special Derby weekend - 4 matches and a bootcamp - which they've been organising for weeks!

It's an absolutely beautiful day and walking Maisie on the beach this morning was a real pleasure... but it is 'Manic Monday' so I really must get on with emails and orders.
