Maisie and I had a lovely walk on the beach this morning - we met several friends en route and Maisie had a run around with lots of her doggy pals, including her special 'boyfriend' Sam, who she hadn't seen for ages - and there was no convoy of noisy trucks and diggers to spoil it :)
Last night I went to my Slimming World group and I've lost 2 1/2lbs of the 5lbs put on over Christmas, so that's a good start. I'm feeling very positive, motivated and determined to lose the weight this year and if you're in a similar position, I can't recommend Slimming World highly enough!

Look around and notice where your Spirit is called to serve. Where is there a need to lend a hand? Where is there a struggle you might be able to alleviate?
