Good morning!
I hope you had a good weekend? Mine flew by, as usual!
On Friday I had to take Maisie to the vet, because she's been losing her fur on her sides. We have a lot of foxes around here and I often see them in our garden, so I was worried she had caught something from them. Luckily that is not the case.
She either has developed an allergy or reaction to her food, or she has 'seasonal flank alopecia' - which seems the most likely cause. Such a shame as she has always had lots of comments about her lovely glossy coat. There's not a lot we can do about it unfortunately, but apart from that (and a little excess weight) she appears to be in good health :)
Here are a couple of photos of her on the beach. Barking at me, telling me to stop taking photos and to throw her ball! Which she usually immediately picks up and then runs into the sea! I get through a lot of towels...
On Sunday I went over to my daughter Lucy's home, with my Mum and Dad, and we all had a lovely afternoon with my grandaughter, Gabriella. I know I am biased, but she is so adorable! A cheeky little monkey and an absolute tonic :)
They are are a bit blurry and you can't see the bubbles, but here is a slideshow of some photos we took while I was blowing bubbles for her - she found it hilarious and her giggles are so infectious... Bless her :)
Well, I am running a bit a late (seem to do that a lot lately) so I had better get on with the cards and messages for Monday and then get on with my work and making today's orders!
