Good morning!
I think it's going to be one of those days...
The plumber changed the taps yesterday and there's been a little drip, drip, drip all night - which I didn't notice until I came home from walking the dog, when I found a big puddle of water on the floor. I must have been such a zombie this morning, before I went out, not to notice that I was paddling in water when I filled the kettle!
Anyway, things are not going to plan this morning... Plus I have lots of 'worries'... My cards today (personal and the one for Cancer) are telling me to 'Let go and surrender' and have faith that all will be okay - but sometimes it is so difficult to keep those negative thoughts at bay...
On a positive note - I lost another 2lbs this week! Bringing my total lost so far to 10.5lbs, so I am very pleased with myself again. Slowly and steadily losing a little each week, let's hope I can keep this new-found willpower strong and steady - it would be nice to lose another 10lb by Christmas time.
It looks like all the family will be gathering for Christmas this year, Katie just confirmed that they've book their ferry crossing from France to the UK and Tom will be back from New Zealand! All four children in the same country! Doesn't happen as often as I'd like, so we make the most of it. I LOVE having all my family together, my children, their partners, my gorgeous grandaughter and my Mum and Dad too - it's wonderful :)
The plumber had just been and fixed the leak, I've had several phone calls and I now am running behind, even more than usual, so I had better get on!
