Daily Divination Cards - Wednesday 2nd December 2009

Good morning!

Have you put your Christmas decorations up yet? I'm itching to do mine but, apart from having a large hole in the ceiling of the living room, waiting to be 'patched up', I just haven't had any time! (I usually decorate the last weekend of November...)

This will be the first Christmas in this house and I am trying to work out where to put the Christmas tree - it will definitely require some re-arrangement of the furniture to fit it in! Plus there will be the added complication of having Maisie here. My cat, Ziya, has learned that the Christmas tree is out of bounds! I don't know how Mac's cat Matty will react, but I am pretty sure that Maisie will find the tree, with all the shiny baubles and dangly bits, much too 'interesting' to ignore and will want to try to chew on everything.

Everyone who knows me, knows that I love Christmas and I take great pride in my tree and decorations - so
this could be a very trying time!

However, for now I must concentrate on my eBay orders, so I had better get a move on...

Whatever your star sign - enjoy your day :)

Brightest Blessings, Kaz

This week I am using the
Wisdom Cards
by Louise L Hay

Illustrated by Eris Klein and Sarajo Frieden

Quoted from the pack: "A deck of 64 Affirmation Cards to help you develop your Inner Wisdom."

These cards are all about the power of positive thought!

My personal card for today:

card

I Am a natural Winner.

I only listen to the winners - people who know what they are doing and who live a joyous, loving, prosperous Life.

Today's cards for each of the star signs:

These cards are a bit different from the others I have used so far, as they are a affirmation cards.

Read your message, think about its meaning and relevance to you and your situation, and use the affirmation throughout the day to remind yourself of its message - and change your thinking!

Aries:

My Mind is a powerful Healing Tool.

Every illness holds a lesson for me to learn.

Taurus:

I Always have a Choice.

I choose to believe that it is easy to change a thought or a pattern.

Gemini:

I Love and Accept myself right now.

I am in the process of becoming my own best friend - the person I am most joyous to be with.

Cancer:

I am Willing to learn something new every day.

I cannot learn other people’s lessons for them. They must do the work themselves, and they will do it when they are ready.

Leo:

I Release all old hurts and Forgive everyone, including Myself.

I can never get even. Revenge does not work, because what I give out comes back to me. The buck has to stop somewhere.

Virgo:

Each person is part of the harmonious whole.

I choose to believe that “everyone is always helpful.” Therefore, wherever I go in life, people are there to help me.

Libra:

I am pure Spirit.

I am aware that I am pure consciousness. I am not lonely or lost or abandoned. I am one with all of life.

Scorpio:

I can Heal Myself on all Levels.

Healing means to make whole and accept all parts of myself - not just the parts I like, but all of me.

Sagittarius:

All of my relationships are enveloped in a circle of love.

We are all students and teachers. I often ask myself, “What did I come here to learn, and what did I come to teach?”

Capricorn:

I am Willing to Change and Grow.

When I am ready to make positive changes in my life, I attract whatever I need to help me.

Aquarius:

I allow others to be themselves.

I do not try to heal my friends. I do my own mental work and heal myself. This is the best thing I can do for others.

Pisces:

I am Willing to Release the Need for this Condition.

I take a nice, deep breath and release all resistance to healing.

Hey! When my younger siblings were little they had a play area type gate system. It basically looked like around 6-8 white child gates all connected together into a hexagon/octagon shape that you put the child inside of instead of a pack-n-play. Well, we did the opposite, we put the gates around the christmas tree instead so that they couldn't get to anything. It kept them from touching the tree (and everything on it) and away from all the presents. Additionally, if you use it the same way to keep the puppy away, it will keep her from chewing the cords too. Hope you figure something out :)
